Abstract; This researh objectives of the performance of labour at PT Bumakumawa in sorong city, the purpuse to do analysis of influence human resourch development factor such as training, education and building the employee in improving the performance at PT Bumakumawa in sorong city, to analysis the dominant factor that influences the employee performance. Samples are collected through census, data analysis tecnique using multiple- linear regression. Result of the hypothesis test show that the first hypothesis is definitely proved, in which human resources development factors, such is training, education and building programs for employee have simultaneously significant influences over the employee performance. The second hypothesisis proved, in which the employee. Building has dominant influence over the employee performance.
