Implementasi Kepemimpinan Situasional Pada Guru Bidang Studi Bahasa Inggris Dalam Kaitan Dengan Kepuasan Belajar Siswa (Studi Empiris Pada SMA dan SMK di Kabupaten Fakfak)

Abstract; The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of situational leadership which is reformed in instruction style, guide style, and support style toward student learning satisfactory, especially, English teachers of senior high school in Fakfak region. This reseach uses 100 students from six senior high school because of the limited time and cost. The data collected by using questionaire. The multiple regression models are used to analysis models. The result of analysis shows that, first, in instruction style, guide stylesignificant to influence student learning satisfactory. Second, support style are statistically unsignificant to influence learning satisfactory.
