Pengaruh Pelayanan Sekolah Terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Siswa SMK Al-Wathan Ambon

Abstract;a from of empowerment schools in improving educational quality, can be reflected through the service level educational institutions (schools) to consumers (students). Students as users of educational services would expect that the intended educational institutions able to meet their needs in acquiring knowledge. This study aimed to determine how much influence the school services by the variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible/appearance of student satisfactiona SMK Al-Wathan Ambon. Multiple linier regression analysis was used to measure to the influence of study variable. As a result, school service is absolutely capable of affecting the level of learning satisfaction, which is 86,1 % and the remaining 13,9 % is influenced by other factors outside the model. The analysis result also shows the ranking of the influence of each variable : tangible/appearance (80,4%), empathy (57,8%), reliability (56,2%), confidence (27,3%), and responsiveness (22,7%) in supporting the learning satisfaction. Thus Very important school services to meet the expectations students obtain a quality education.
